OK, let me first say that my husband's family is starting to fight a large family somehow. There are essentially two halves of his family, he speaks for the group and the holidays and such, and even with each other. After his grandmother died, this happened, sadly, I know. Not bad. only say that her family threw her baby shower and had no control over the way that was not like no one out look inviting.
I do not think is correct. Not only your husband or your family in the right ... including the family of her baby. If your husband still communicates with them, and it sounds like he does, then it is likely that a part of the life of your baby and you should invite them. Do not add fuel to the fire.

I would give him a chance to agree, especially because I am for the start of family of my son from the first charge. But that's me.
